Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the 54th annual UACA Memorial Day Run on Monday, May 25, 2026, in Columbus, Franklin! This exciting event features a variety of race distances, including a 5-mile run (actually 4.9 miles), a 5K, and a 1-mile course, making it perfect for both serious athletes and casual runners. Participants will enjoy a vibrant atmosphere as they race through the bustling streets of Upper Arlington, all while supporting a great cause—proceeds benefit the charitable functions of the UACA.
All runners will receive an official event shirt and a finisher's medal, with awards for the top finishers in the 5K and 5-mile categories. New this year, the top two teams with the most registered racers will earn a fast pass to skip the line for UACA's Golden Bear Scare this October! Plus, young runners aged 10 and under have a chance to secure a guaranteed spot for UACA's Christmas in the Park by being the first to finish the 5K. Join us for a fantastic day of fun, fitness, and community spirit as we honor Memorial Day in Upper Arlington!

Please join us for the 54th running of the UACA Memorial Day Run on Monday, May 25, 2026. This year, we are bringing back an option for a 5-mile run (well, almost, at 4.9 miles). There will still be the same 5K and 1-mile courses everyone has enjoyed the last few years. The courses race through the crowd filled and fast streets of Upper Arlington providing a great experience for serious and casual runners alike. All proceeds will benefit the charitable functions of the UACA.
Participants will receive an official UACA Memorial Day Run event shirt and an official finishers Medal. Awards given to the top finishers of the 5K and 5Mile following the race.
NEW!! The top TWO TEAMS with the largest number of registered racers will win a fast-pass to skip the line for UACAs Golden Bear Scare at Smiths Park this October! (one pass to be used as a team)
