Welcome to the Upstate Running Club: Empowering Youth, Uniting Communities
Founded in 2020, our non-profit organization is dedicated to providing direct funding for a comprehensive youth running program tailored to children aged 6-13. By becoming a member, making donations, or sponsoring our events, you actively contribute to fueling our teams endeavors as we engage in year-round training and competition. We currently offer a 9 month training program that provides weekly practices for youth ages 6-13. We currently meet Sunday afternoons and have a competitive schedule with local and regional events throughout the Upstate. 
The Upstate Running Club stands as a pillar of support for the vibrant running and fitness community of the Upstate of South Carolina. Through our dedication to fostering a love for running, promoting wellness, and nurturing a sense of community, we have become a driving force for positive change. From weekly club runs to impactful volunteer initiatives and dynamic youth programs, we are committed to making a difference one stride at a time.

Thanks to our partnership with Without Limits Coaching, our Upstate Running Club Youth Team provides dedicated training sessions led by professional coaches. This year, were proud to offer youth runners exclusive benefits, including racing singlets, discounts at local running stores, and reduced race entry fees for events across the Upstate.

Without Limits Coaching - HERE
Without Limits is the title sponsor of the Upstate Running Club teams and will be providing training for youth athletes this year! We will offer our youth runners a racing singlet, discounts at our local running store Run Inn, and discounted race entries to several events throughout the upstate. As a team, we will also organize track and cross country races that are open to the public.
