The day kicks off with packet pick-up from 6:45 to 7:45 AM, followed by the 5K race starting at 8:00 AM for runners and 8:45 AM for walkers. Participants will have the chance to compete for awards in various categories, with the ceremony taking place around 9:30 AM. Celebrate your achievements as the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as the top three in numerous age groups ranging from 8 and under to 80 and over, receive well-deserved recognition. Join us for a day of fun, fitness, and community spirit in Tampa, as we support the USF College of Nursing and promote health and wellness!
