Packet pick up will be at the VA Creeper Trail Gazebo (which is out about 0.1 mi from trailhead) from 7:15-7:55. Race begins at 8:00.
Race day registration will be from 7:15-7:45. Same cost $10.00.
Awards: Awards will only be given to the first place male/female, Masters male/female, Grandmaster male/female and Senior Grandmaster male/female.
This is an out and back race...run 5 miles out, turnaround and 5 miles back on same trail. The course is a rail-to-trail so it is predominantly dirt/gravel with two road crossings. It is fairly flat with a slight decline running out and a slight incline running back .
