Join us for the Warriors of Hope Annual 5k Turkey Trot in Houma, Terrebonne, on Thanksgiving morning, November 27th, 2025! This vibrant event kicks off at 7:30 a.m. at Bayou Terrebonne Distillers, where participants can enjoy plenty of parking and convenient indoor bathrooms. Gather your friends and family for a joyful wobble and gobble along the scenic 5k course, complete with exciting photo opportunities featuring the Dancing Thanksgiving Turkey! After the race, indulge in delicious food and refreshments to fuel up before your holiday feast.
Not only will you have a fantastic time, but you'll also be supporting a noble cause, as all race proceeds benefit local cancer patients through Warriors of Hope. Awards will be presented to the top three overall male and female runners, as well as the top three walkers. Don’t forget, t-shirts are guaranteed for those who register by October 31st, so sign up early! Packet pick-up and same-day registration open at 6:30 a.m. and close at 7:15 a.m. Come celebrate Thanksgiving with us and make a difference in your community!

Organiser's Description
Come wobble and gobble Thanksgiving morning in Historic downtown Houma. We begin this fun 5k at Bayou Terrebonne Distillers. There is plenty of parking and indoor bathrooms at race site. Along the course, you and your friends/family will have photo ops to take with our very own Dancing Thanksgiving Turkey! You'll wrap up with food and refreshments to snack on before your big Thanksgiving feast. Awards will be given for top 3 overall Male and Female runners, top 3 Male and Female walkers. T-shirts guaranteed if registered by Oct. 31st (race day shirts available while supplies last, size and style will vary). Come join us for a very fun event and "give" on Thanksgiving at the same time. All race proceeds go to Warriors of Hope to support their mission in helping local cancer patients!
