Join us for an exciting day of community spirit at the Wolcottville Sign Project 5K Fun Run/Walk & 1 Mile Dash on Saturday, September 5th, 2026! This vibrant event will take place in the heart of Wolcottville, Noble, and promises fun for all ages and experience levels. Kick off the festivities at 9:00 AM with the 1 Mile Fun Run designed for kids aged 13 and under, followed by the 5K Run/Walk at 9:30 AM.
Participants will enjoy a picturesque course featuring a beautiful half-mile tunnel of trees, leading through the charming streets of historic Wolcottville. As you run or walk, soak in the scenic views, including the town hall and the lovely Wolcott Yale bed and breakfast. Both races will be professionally timed, and every participant in the 1 Mile will receive a medal, with additional awards for the top finishers in both events. Registration is just $20 for the 1 Mile and $25 for the 5K, with race day prices increasing by $5. Join us on Saturday, September 5th for the Wolcottville Sign Project 5K Fun Run\Walk & 1 Mile Dash!
This community event is raising funds for a new town entrance sign for Wolcottville - something our community can be proud of for years to come.
The event will feature 2 races designed for all ages and experience levels:
1 Mile Fun Run (Ages 13 & under) - $20
5K Run\Walk - $25
Race day registration available. Prices increased by $5 on race day. Limited T-shirts available.
We will kick things off at 9:00 AM with the 1 Mile Fun Run, followed by the 5K at 9:30 AM.
Both the 1 Mile course is a tunnel of trees with bubbles and a fun, family- friendly atmosphere both races will begin at 2323 E 1150 N Wolcottville. Indiana.
The 5K will begin at 9:30 AM. It is a beautiful half mile tunnel of trees to Main Street, north to Cemetery St. West to a scenic cemetery with tunnels of trees. The course continues past town hall along Main st through historical Wolcottvillle, including Wolcott Yale, bed and breakfast and railroad St., before returning to Main Street and finishing back through the tunnel of trees where we began.
NEW THIS YEAR: BOTH RACES WILL BE PROFESSIONALLY TIMED!
All participants in the 1 Mile will receive a medal for participation. The top three winners will receive additional awards. Awards will be given to top finisher in the 5K.
All proceeds will go toward the Wolcottville Sign Project and continue community improvements. Thank you for supporting our town.
Shirts must be ordered by August 19th. Extras will be available while supplies last.
