Neighbors Helping Neighbors is a volunteer-run, nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Westminster residents facing hardship due to unforeseen challenges. The Westminster Benefit Fund is made possible entirely through the generosity of local families, businesses, and community groups.
Each year, the Runners Helping Neighbors 5K Run/Walk plays a key role in our annual NHN Town Benefit Daya day filled with fun, connection, and community spirit. Open to all ages, this event features a scenic course that winds through both hilly and flat sections along Westminsters Main Street.

OPENS 27 MAYThe course is family-friendly, featuring a mix of both hills and flat stretches. Warm-ups kick off at 9:50 a.m., with walkers starting at 10:00 a.m., followed by runners at 10:30 a.m. on South Street, across from the Police and Fire Station. Parking is available at Meetinghouse School and other designated nearby areas. Prizes for the top male and female finishers will be provided by Zen Yoga & Wellness, with winners recognized during a celebration on Academy Hill at 12:00 p.m.
