Organiser's Description
This is the 13th Annual 5K race and two-mile walk to benefit our neighbors who face food insecurity. We have been able to donate around $350,000 as well as thousands of pounds of food to Open Pantry Community Services, Inc. over the last 12 years. Due to current economic hardships, the needs being addressed by the Open Pantry have never been greater.
This year's events will be in-person with a virtual option available as well. The race will be on Thanksgiving morning at 8:00AM and will be at the Stanley Black and Decker American Saw facility.
Race Check-In: 7:00AM at American Saw with early pickup available at Fleet Feet, 680 Bliss Street, Longmeadow, MA Wed, Nov. 27 from 12-6.

ALL PROCEEDS FROM THE ROAD RACE AND WALK WILL BE CONTRIBUTED DIRECTLY TO THE OPEN PANTRY.
Open Pantry Community Services, Inc. was established as a private, non-profit organization in 1975 and incorporated as Open Pantry of Springfield, Inc. in 1977. With humanity and dignity, the Open Pantry endeavors to provide meaningful services and processes, which can assist people who are hungry, homeless, or disadvantaged to improve the quality of their lives.
