The 5K run promises to be a lively experience, complete with a Family Fun Zone featuring games, a DJ, and activities for everyone. Runners will also have the opportunity to relax at the Beer Garden (21 and older) after the race, where a complimentary drink ticket awaits. Plus, kids aged 10 and under can participate for free in both the 5K and 1-mile race, with an optional commemorative race t-shirt available for purchase. Proceeds from this event will support youth sports initiatives and benefit local nonprofit Girls on the Run Mid and Western Maryland.
