We ask that race participants abide by the following rules:
- NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE ENCHANTED FOREST. This is by county ordinance.
- Stay on designated trails at all times.
- Runners must yield to wildlife.
- Harassing or harming wildlife will not be tolerated.
- Littering is strictly prohibited. In addition to the permanent trash cans on site, there will be a trash can at the aid station.
RACE AND COURSE DETAILS
The 5K & 2K RUN starts at 8:00 a.m.
The 5K & 2k HIKE starts at 8:10 a.m.
The KIDS FUN RUN starts at 9:30 a.m
The Kids Fun Run is approximately 0.25 miles.
A mandatory pre-race meeting will take place at the start line at 7:45 a.m. for both the 5K run and 2K run/hike.
The 5K run/hike will consist of one loop of the course.
The course is beautiful but challenging. The trails were created with hikers and group tours in mind, so they are wide and well-maintained.
