Organiser's Description
Tuesday track practices at Union Vale Middle School from 5:30pm to 8pm with the actual workout starting at 6pm. Please note that UVMS track will be closed certain days this summer -- please read Pete's emails regarding which track to go to. The practices are free to club members and absolutely everyone is welcome. The workouts are specifically tailored to fit your abilities and goals. Workouts will be coached by MHRRC member Peter Verdesi -- Thank you Pete for doing this for us! These practices continue from a long tradition of track Tuesdays with MHRRC member Steve Perks, Conni Jensen-McDaniel, Wayne McDaniel and AJ/Melissa Guckian. Thanks to everyone who has contributed their time and energy to help us!
