* Ages 5-7: 50 yard swim, 2.5 mile bike, 0.7 mile run
* Ages 8-11: 100 yard swim, 2.5 mile bike, 0.7 mile run
* Ages 12-15: 150 yard swim, 4.8 mile bike, 1.5 mile run

Awards will be presented for the top 3 male and female finishers for each age! Yes, we're really giving away 66 awards!!

PACKET PICKUP - Packet pickup will be at the Williamson County Recreation Complex at Nolensville [https://www.wcparksandrec.com/facilities_and_parks/recreation_centers/nolensville_recreation_center/index.php] on August 3rd from 2:00pm - 5:00pm and race morning. To make the race day go smoother, please consider picking up your packet on the 3rd.
