Join us for the exciting 2025 Trot Thru The Terrace on Saturday, November 8th, 2025, in the picturesque Temple Terrace, Hillsborough! This fun-filled event features a chip-timed 5K, 10K, and a 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk, all starting and finishing at Riverhills Park. Runners will enjoy a scenic route through our beautiful residential golf course community, renowned for its stunning oak tree canopies and mostly flat terrain, making it a favorite among local runners.
The festivities kick off at 8:00 AM, with pre-race packet pick-up available the evening before. Participants will receive a race day t-shirt (guaranteed with registration by November 1st), a swag bag, light refreshments at the finish line, and a finisher's medal to commemorate their achievement. This year, we are thrilled to introduce awards for the top male and female finishers in both the 5K and 10K, along with medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in 10-year age groups. The chip timed 5K & 10K races take participants through our residential golf course community renowned for its' oak tree canopies. The mostly flat, fast course(s) are favorites of local runners. The race starts/finishes at Riverhills Park near the boat ramp at 329 S. Riverhills Drive, Temple Terrace, FL. Registrants receive a race day t-shirt (shirts guaranteed if registered by 11/01/2025), a race swag bag, light nourishment at the finish line and a finishers medal. Come out and support our school with the entire family!

Due to liability issues, race bibs/numbers CANNOT be given or sold to another participant. The events are pet friendly; however, we kindly ask owners to keep their furry friends on a leash at all times and must be cleaned up after!

Sleep in or run for afar, you can still receive the Trot Thru Terrace race perks by registering as a virtual runner! Runners/walkers who sign up for the Virtual Run can choose their own start line whether its a treadmill, neighborhood street, or another race. Virtual participants will run/walk the distance (3.1 miles or 6.2 miles). Each participant receives a finisher medal, race bib, and a race t-shirt! Registration price includes shipping to a mailing address within the continental US!
