Starting with a beginner-friendly pool swim, this race is designed to inspire athletes of all ages and skill levels to dive into the world of triathlons. Enjoy the stunning scenery of Central Virginia, just 100 miles southwest of Washington, D.C., while you take on this challenge. 12 EVENT OPTIONS. 6 Sprint distance events (Triathlon, RunBikeRun, SwimBike, SwimRun, 400 yard Swim & 5K Run) and 6 Youth Sprint distance events (Triathlon, RunBikeRun, SwimBike, SwimRun, 400 yard Swim & 5K Run).
