Participants will receive a stylish long sleeve unisex t-shirt, and families can also look forward to the Tiny Turkeys 1/4 Mile Dash for kids ages eight and under, starting at 8:15 a.m. After the race, stick around for the awards ceremony at approximately 9:35 a.m. to celebrate the top finishers in each age group. With plenty of excitement and camaraderie, the Boar's Head Turkey Trot is the perfect way to kick off your Thanksgiving festivities. JOIN US FOR A CHARLOTTESVILLE TRADITION ON THANKSGIVING DAY FOR THE 44TH ANNUAL BOAR'S HEAD TURKEY TROT 5K ROAD RACE BENEFITTING UVA HEALTH CHILDREN'S! THE COURSE STARTS AND ENDS AT BOAR'S HEAD RESORT. THE ROUTE WINDS THROUGH THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOODS AND IS VERY HILLY. WE INVITE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY TO MOVE YOUR FEET BEFORE YOU EAT!
