Get ready for an exciting day of fitness and community spirit at the 4th Annual Lace-Up for Lifeway Half Marathon, 5K, and Kids Race on Saturday, February 22, 2025, in Cuero, De Witt! This vibrant event is designed for runners of all ages and abilities, featuring a challenging half marathon, a fun and fast 5K, and a special race for kids. Not only will participants have a fantastic time, but they will also be supporting a great cause, as all funds raised benefit Lifeway Baptist School, promoting a Christian-oriented education for local children.
The race day kicks off bright and early with registration and check-in starting at 6:30 AM, followed by a warm-up session at 7:15 AM. The opening ceremony will set the tone for the day at 7:30 AM, leading into the start of both the half marathon and 5K at 7:45 AM. Kids will have their chance to shine with their race at 8:45 AM, and awards for the 5K and half marathon will be presented at 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM, respectively.
