Join us for the 6th Annual RSB Lakes Region for Parkinson's 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, September 21, 2024, in beautiful Laconia, Belknap! This exciting event aims to raise vital funds for the Rock Steady Boxing Lakes Region's Adopt-A-Boxer program, which provides essential equipment and training to help individuals with Parkinson's improve their quality of life. Participants of all ages are invited to run or walk the 5K course, with registration options available to fit your schedule.
Take advantage of our early bird discount of $5 if you register before September 13th! Prices are just $20 for adults and $15 for kids aged 14 and under. After that, regular registration runs from September 14 to September 19 at $25 for adults and $20 for youth. On race day, registration will be $30 for adults and $25 for kids. If you can't make it this year but still want to support the cause, donations are greatly appreciated. We can't wait to see you on September 21 for a fun-filled day that promotes health, community, and hope!

COME JOIN US FOR THE SIXTH ANNUAL RSB LAKES REGION FOR PARKINSON'S 5K RUN/WALK SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 21, 2024. The race will raise funds for Rock Steady Boxing Lakes Region's Adopt-A-Boxer program, equipment and training. These classes have proven that anyone, at any level of Parkinson's, can actually lessen their symptoms and lead a healthier/happier life. Again this year we have added a $5 early bird discount if you register before September13th! ($20 adults and $15 for kids 14 and under). Regular Registration (Sept 14 through Sept 19) will be $25 adults, $20 for kids 14 and under. Race Day registration $30 adults and $25 youth. If you cannot participate this year but still wish to support our cause, you may donate by clicking on the Donate tab above. Just a note that we are not a 501(c)3 non-profit.
