Participants can choose to take part in a 5K run, or embrace the challenge of rucking, where you walk or run while carrying weighted rucksacks—a sport rooted in special forces training. This year, everyone registered for the GORUCK division will receive an exclusive TMF GORUCK patch, making this event even more special.
