This annual event invites adults aged 18 and over to showcase their skills in a variety of exciting track and field events, including the 1 mile, 200 meters, 800 meters, 60 meters, and a thrilling 600/300/300/600m medley relay. Best of all, participation is completely free!
Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. with check-in running from 6:30 to 6:50 p.m., and the first event kicking off at 7:00 p.m. While spectators are not permitted trackside due to space constraints, the atmosphere will be electric with spirited competition and supportive camaraderie. With awards for the top three overall and age-graded participants in each event, this is a fantastic opportunity to test your limits and celebrate your achievements. Don’t miss out on this vibrant celebration of fitness and community!

The annual indoor mini-meet is for adults 18 years+ only. You do not need to be an AATC member to participate.
This is a FREE to participate event courtesy of AATC. You may choose to make a donation to support the club at checkout, but it is not required.
IMPORTANT INFO
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED VIA RUNSIGNUP to capture the required waiver, events entered, and team info.
There is no regular workout or free running of laps this day.
Please do not bring spectators - LAB does not allow spectators trackside and has limited space in the lobby.
Adults 18+ only.
Event limit is 150 participants.

NEW! This year, we will also have top 3 OVERALL awards for male and female based on combined places across all individual events.
