Organiser's Description
This year, we're excited to announce Peyton Sammon will be our Seneca Valley Senior. Peyton will help with Breaking Bread's 4 key initiatives: Raising Awareness for students and people in the community, volunteering at our local food banks for food collection and distribution, and collecting food donations and money to be directly distributed to our food banks!
This year, we will be holding A WALK FOR HUNGER on Sunday, September 20th at Zelienople Community Park. Registration will start at 9 am. Our opening ceremony will begin at 10 am and we will start walking the trail immediately after. You're only required to do 1 lap (3 laps = 5K) but you're more than welcome to continue on if you'd like to do a 5K. We will have a raffle basket drawing and check presentation ceremony once everyone has finished their walk!
