Get ready for an exhilarating day of cyclocross at the Bandit Cross event on Sunday, August 24th, 2025, held at the scenic Eva Bandman Park in Louisville, Jefferson. This exciting competition marks the kickoff of the OVCX tune-up series, making it the perfect opportunity for seasoned riders to shake off the cobwebs from last season and for newcomers to dive into the thrilling world of cyclocross.

Participants will experience races that finish on the lead lap, ensuring that everyone enjoys the adrenaline rush of crossing the finish line together. With podium ceremonies taking place after each wave, the atmosphere promises to be electric. Whether you're a competitor or a spectator, join us for a fantastic day of cycling, camaraderie, and fun!

Organiser's Description

Bandit Cross is the first in the OVCX tune-up series. It's the place to dust off last year's tubs and test your legs before the series starts, or try out cyclocross for the first time. It takes place at Eva Bandman Park, home of the 2013 world championships of CX.

All races will finish on the lead lap, so any lapped riders will finish their race on the same lap as the first-place finisher.

Podiums will take place following the start of the next race. (Wave 1 podium will happen immediately after we start wave 2)
