Capital City Activity Center/Meals on Wheels of Greater Frankfort is the senior citizen center in Frankfort, Kentucky. We have a commercial kitchen to make daily hot lunches for homebound seniors, as well as Center members. We offer educational, exercise and social programs for people 60+. We also offer field trips to local historical and fun sites. Our two buses are vital to our senior community to help them stay independent longer. We are donation funded. Our race proceeds are to benefit the seniors in our community to provide a place to make countless memories with friends.
