Welcome to the CAPTAIN OF THE CASTLE, an unsanctioned relay race in the heart of Boston, presented by Endorphins Running and New Balance.
As the sun sets over Boston, runners will speed around one of the most storied loops in the city: the one(ish)-mile perimeter of the Castle Island harbor loop. Four runners, one lap each, to determine who will be the Captain of the Castle.
This is a night to bring the running communities of Boston together. Grab your crew of four and register as a relay team, or sign up solo and we'll place you on a mixed-club team.
There will be many ways to win, see if your team can snag a top prize:
* CAPTAIN OF THE CASTLE- Fastest Overall Team
* Fastest Women/Non-Binary Team
* Most Team Spirit
* Fastest Mixed-Club Team (4 runners from 4 different run crews)
* Closest to Predicted Time
* Fastest Club Captains
Afterwards, we'll celebrate the evening at TBD, sharing drinks and stories to cap off an incredible running experience.
