Participants of all ages are welcome to join the race, with divisions for top male and female finishers, as well as a special Firefighter Team Challenge.
But that’s not all! After the race, attendees can look forward to an insightful lecture by Deputy Chief Nicholas Papa of the New Britain Fire Department. His course, "Coordinating Ventilation: Supporting Extinguishment & Survivability," will provide valuable operational frameworks for aspiring firefighters and enthusiasts alike. Enjoy refreshments and pizza while networking with fellow participants. Plus, the first 50 registered entrants will receive a free T-shirt to commemorate this fantastic event. With all proceeds benefiting the LND Foundation in honor of Matthew L. Flaherty, this is a day filled with community spirit, fitness, and learning that you won’t want to miss!
