Kids aged 7-8 will swim 50 yards, bike 2 miles, and run a half mile, while 9-10 year-olds will tackle a 100-yard swim, 2-mile bike ride, and half-mile run. For the older participants, ages 11-12, the race includes a 100-yard swim, 4-mile bike course, and a 1-mile run. The 13-15 year-olds will face a slightly more challenging course with a 150-yard swim, 6-mile bike ride, and 1-mile run.

The Columbia Association KIDS Triathlon is a race for all level athletes. Staged at Clemens Crossing Pool in Columbia, MD, participants will complete a pool swim, road bike and paved trail run. The bike course is moderate in elevation change and the run course is relatively flat. Registration includes t-shirt and finisher medal. This race is sanctioned by USA Triathlon.
7-8 YRS OLD
