With expert coaches guiding you on essential topics such as nutrition, injury prevention, and race preparation, you're sure to feel inspired and prepared for your next race. Everyone is welcome, regardless of pace, so come join the Dallas Running Club community and take your running to the next level this summer!

THE DALLAS RUNNING CLUB'S SUMMER TRAINING PROGRAM IS NOW OPEN! GET RACE READY BY JOINING OUR FAST TRACK (SPEED & STRENGTH) PROGRAM. YOU CAN ALSO JOIN US JUST FOR FUN! THIS TRAINING WILL BE IN-PERSON, AND YOU WILL BE PAIRED WITH OTHER RUNNERS IN A SIMILAR PACE RANGE. WE WILL PROVIDE COACHES THAT WILL SUPPORT AND GUIDE YOU ALONG THE WAY. The Dallas Running Club Summer Training Program is a volunteer-led experience created to help runners and walkers of all levels get started or improve their running! Our coaches and pace leaders will help you with:

    This program is designed for runners who are currently capable of running at least a 5K, and will focus on improving runners speed and strength for distances greater than 5K. Training runs will be Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7 pm, starting at Norbuck Park. All registered participants will receive a welcome email with important links, instructions and an invitation to join the Facebook group by 5/23/25. Training plans and workout schedule will be posted to the Facebook Groups for reference. DRC policy is to cancel group runs when heat index is 105 or higher.
