BEAT THE HEAT WHILE YOU GET SOME GREAT EXERCISE AS YOU FOLLOW THE SINGLE-TRACK TRAILS THROUGH THE WOODS. FINISH THE RACE AND THEN HEAD STRAIGHT FOR THE POOL FOR A SWIM. DON'T FORGET TO STICK AROUND FOR THE KIDS' DIVING COMPETITION AT THE POOL AFTER!
