Organiser's Description
PRACTICE SWIM • 400M LOOP ~ Loop all you want or all you can! Come and experience open water swimming in a race setting but without the pressure of a race. Whether you’re training for your first triathlon and working on getting comfortable outside of the swimming pool or you’re preparing for your 10th Iron–distance race, you will find this non-competitive open water practice swim to be extremely helpful in your training.
We will have a 400m swim course set up for you. Swim around once or do multiple loops. The course will be open for 1.5 hours. Swim for as long or as little as you’d like! A time clock will be running during the swim for you to check your splits and pace. Our Epic Waterfront Certified Lifeguard Staff will be on the water to support you.
Your registration fee includes an Epic swim cap, and post-event snacks.
