Get ready for a FLIPPIN' good time at the Flippin' 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run on Saturday, August 23, 2025, held at the Williamsburg Indoor Sports Complex in Williamsburg, James City! This exciting event promises fun for all ages while supporting a great cause—the Virginia Elite Gymnastics Academy Competitive Team Parents Association. Participants can choose to tackle the competitive 5K race or enjoy the more relaxed 1 Mile Fun Run, making it a perfect outing for families and fitness enthusiasts alike.

All finishers will receive a medal, with top performers in each age group of the 5K being recognized with certificates. Don't miss out! Pre-registration closes on August 15th at noon, and while limited race day registration is available for an additional fee, swag bags cannot be guaranteed. Plan to pick up your race packet on Friday, August 22nd from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM at WISC or on race day starting at 7:30 AM.
