Join us for the 2nd Annual Freedom Four Miler Road Race in East Longmeadow!
This special July 4th race was created to bring our community together in celebration of freedom, fitness, patriotism, and the proud traditions that make East Longmeadows Independence Day so memorable. Taking place immediately before the Annual East Longmeadow July 4th Parade, the Freedom Four Miler gives runners a one-of-a-kind opportunity to race through the same fan-filled streets that will soon welcome one of the areas most beloved holiday parades.
Come ready to run, celebrate, and show off your most patriotic running outfit EVER!

PRIZE MONEY
1st Place Male & Female: $1,250
2nd Place Male & Female: $750
3rd Place Male & Female: $500
In honor of the 250th birthday of the United States of America this year, a special bonus prize will be awarded to the runner who finishes in 250th place.
A prize basket will also be awarded to the Most Patriotic Participant, so bring your red, white, and blue spirit!
IMPORTANT RACE TIMING INFORMATION
Due to strict time constraints in coordination with the East Longmeadow July 4th Parade, there will be a 60-minute course cut-off time. A course sweeper will follow the race to ensure all cones are cleared and that no runners remain on the route before the parade begins.
CHECK-IN DEADLINE
Race check-in will end precisely at 9:25 AM NO EXCEPTIONS.
Because the race must begin on time and the parade schedule cannot be delayed, we are unable to hold the start for late arrivals. Please plan accordingly and arrive early.
