Whether you choose to run, walk, stroll, skip, or roll, you’ll be part of a vibrant community celebration dedicated to raising awareness and support for those affected by epilepsy.
The Freedom Run/Walk begins bright and early with check-in at 5:30 AM and the race starting promptly at 7:00 AM from Kailua High School. Participants will enjoy a festive atmosphere complete with sponsor booths, games, and even a costume contest! Plus, registered runners and volunteers can cool down with a refreshing shave ice post-race. All proceeds from this event stay in Hawaii to support vital local programs, making your participation not just a race, but a meaningful contribution to the community. The Epilepsy Foundation of Hawaiis annual Freedom Run/Walk brings together families, friends, and community members to raise awareness and support those impacted by epilepsy.
Freedom means freedom from stigma and fear around seizures and were running (and walking!) together for a more informed, inclusive Hawaii.
