Frost & Flex 5K is a relaxed, just-for-fun run starting at 9 AM behind the Crunch location. The course follows the neighborhood sidewalks to keep everyone safe around cars. You can run, jog, or walkwhatever pace feels good.
There will be hidden gnomes along the route. If you find one, its yours to keep and take home. No prizes, just a bit of scavenger-hunt fun.
