The 5k race kicks off at 8:30 AM, followed by the 1-Mile run at 8:40 AM.
Join fellow runners and walkers in making a difference, as proceeds from this event will fund clean water projects in communities in dire need through Team World Vision-Downriver. Registration is open until July 4, with early bird prices of $40 for the 5k and $25 for the 1-Mile. After that, late registration will be available until July 16. For my first 5k it was a nice event with a smaller crowd I didn’t feel overwhelmed was also a good charity event to run for.
