This year, we’re thrilled to introduce a mixed surface/gravel option, perfect for gravel cycling enthusiasts eager to explore the region’s phenomenal roads. Riders can opt for a fulfilling 40-mile course before enjoying a delicious lunch, with the option to continue for an additional 25 miles after refueling. Each ride is well-supported with SAG vehicles and organized rest stops brimming with food and hydration. The Highs & Lows Tour not only promises an unforgettable cycling experience but also aims to raise awareness for mental illness and suicide prevention while fostering a sense of community and well-being. Organiser's Description
The Highs & Lows Tour is a single day cycling event with 5 different distances to choose from. This year all of the rides start and finish on the beautiful campus of Plymouth Regional High School. From the mouth of the Pemi-Baker Valley we will ride through the Baker River Valley towns surrounded by beautiful New Hampshire mountains. For riders choosing the full century ride you will also be riding through the Connecticut River Valley and over Mount Cube for an epic adventure. This year we are introducing a mixed surface/gravel option because of the popularity of gravel cycling and because this part of NH has phenomenal roads to accommodate this style of ride. This option will feature 40-miles before lunch. For those hungry for more riding after lunch there will be an additional 25-miles also starting and finishing at Plymouth Regional High School. Each of the 5 rides are well supported with SAG vehicles and organized rest stops with plenty of food and hydration.

Registration is $145 unless you participate in the Highs & Lows Tour fundraising campaign. If you choose to raise a minimum of $145, then your registration fee is only $45. If you have not raised the funds by 8/09/2025 your credit card on file will be charged for the remaining amount. ex. You fundraised $100, your credit card would be charged for $45. In this example, you would have paid a total of $90 ($45 at registration, and $45 for the difference between the fundraising goal and the remaining amount.
