This single-day cycling event offers four diverse distances, ensuring there's an option for everyone, whether you're a seasoned cyclist or a casual rider. Starting and finishing on the picturesque campus of Plymouth Regional High School, participants will pedal through the stunning Baker River Valley, surrounded by the breathtaking New Hampshire mountains.
For those up for a challenge, the full century ride will take you on an epic journey through the Connecticut River Valley and over Mount Cube, making it a memorable adventure. Each ride is well-supported with SAG vehicles and organized rest stops packed with food and hydration to keep you energized. More than just a ride, the Highs & Lows Tour aims to raise awareness about mental illness and suicide prevention, helping to destigmatize these important issues while raising funds for NAMI NH. Join us for a day of fun, fitness, and making a positive impact in the community!

Organiser's Description
The Highs & Lows Tour is a single day cycling event with 4 different distances to choose from. This year all of the rides start and finish on the beautiful campus of Plymouth Regional High School. From the mouth of the Pemi-Baker Valley we will ride through the Baker River Valley towns surrounded by beautiful New Hampshire mountains. For riders choosing the full century ride you will also be riding through the Connecticut River Valley and over Mount Cube for an epic adventure. Each of the 4 rides are well supported with SAG vehicles and organized rest stops with plenty of food and hydration.
