IM ABLE FOUNDATION'S FEBRUARY FITNESS CHALLENGE: MILES IN MOTION

The February Fitness Challenge: Miles in Motion is a month-long, hybrid fitness challenge welcoming veterans - with and without disabilities - adaptive athletes, family members, and community supporters to move with purpose throughout February. Participants choose a 10, 25, 50, or 75-mile goal and log miles in RunSignUp using the activities that work best for themrunning, walking, rucking, rolling, rowing, cycling, swimming, and more.

This challenge serves as a shadow event to Team RWBs GWOT 100, offering more accessible distance options. Participants interested in completing 100 miles should register through Team RWB [https://runsignup.com/Race/IN/VirtualEvent/GWOT100]and join the virtual IM ABLE Team listed on the GWOT website! Every participant is encouraged to join all IM ABLE group activities.
