Please join us on SUNDAY, JUNE 7TH 2026 for our 3rd annual "In Step With Sam Legacy Run where well run, walk, and gather to honor and remember Samantha Woll, z"l. Proceeds for the event will go towards THE SAM CENTER (SAMANTHA WOLL CENTER FOR JEWISH DETROIT), continuing Sam's legacy of kindness and community. If the registration fee is a barrier to participating, please use the code INSTEP26 at checkout for complimentary registration. We want everyone to be able to join us in honoring Sam.

OPENS 23 FEB 26This hilly route takes you on a 5K (3.14 mile) run to Sams Tree in the arboretum. Dedicated with love by Sams college friends, this tree sits right by the Huron River with a plaque that reads, In Honor of Samantha Sam Woll (1983-2023) who will always be remembered for her tireless activism and passion to make the world a better place. Please download the kamoot app for accurate navigation as this route takes you through trails in the arboretum which are not shown on google maps. -
1 Mile Walk/Run
