Choose from a variety of race distances to suit your level: kick things off with a 1-3 mile run starting at 7 AM, tackle a 5-8 mile course beginning at 6:30 AM, or challenge yourself with a long run of 10-14 miles at 6 AM. After the races, enjoy a lively post-run social with delicious food from a food truck, refreshing drinks, and even a fun Watermelon Eating Contest! Plus, don’t miss the Total Joints recovery tent for personalized physical therapy services. Capture the day’s memories with Showtime Photo Booth, ensuring smiles that last long after the event. After 10 years of the Crisis Center's Just a Call Away 5K, we're doing something new! Join us and the Birmingham Track Club [https://www.facebook.com/birminghamtrackclub] on AUGUST 16 AT TRIM TAB BREWERY for a run, post-run social, and a bonus Watermelon Eating Contest! There will be drinks and a food truck, and great opportunities to get to know the BTC and the Crisis Center.
This year's race has distances for everyone, with THE 1-3 MILE RUN BEGINNING AT 7AM, a 5-8 mile course starting at 6:30AM, and a long run for the extra ambitious (10-14 miles!) at 6AM.
After running, check out The Total Joints [https://totaljointbham.com/] recovery tent. They offer physical therapy from their locations in Crestwood and Homewood, with a variety of customizable services to meet your individual needs and help you reach your goals.
