This movement is deeply personal to me because it shines a light on the number one health threat facing women today: cardiovascular disease. The disease that took our mother from us!

From February 6 through April 9, Im committed to building awareness, promoting healthier lifestyles, and raising funds that help change the future of womens heart health.

For far too long, women have been underrepresented in research, undertreated in care, and undercounted in outcomes. But together, we can change that.

This movement is about more than wearing red or sharing statistics. Its about women showing up for one anotheradvocating for better research, fighting for equitable access to care, and creating health solutions that support women through every age, stage, and season of life.

Because theres one thing women can always count on: each other.
