Participants can look forward to a fun-filled family festival, along with the excitement of a chip-timed 5K and a 1-mile run/walk, both of which are adaptive-friendly. Each participant will receive a custom bib, a finisher medal, and a BridgeFest race shirt, making this event not only a celebration of health and wellness but also a memorable experience! The race schedule kicks off with the 1-mile Fun Run at 8:00 AM, followed by the 5K at 8:30 AM, with awards presented at 9:15 AM. Beginning as a celebration of the opening of the Lake Houston Parkway bridge, Bridge Fest remains a well-loved community event for the Lake Houston area. Net proceeds directly benefit the local community through the support initiatives of both the Lake Houston Family YMCA and the Rotary Club of the Lake Houston Area.
The iconic BridgeFest event has supported Lake Houston area community for 35 years. With the goal of strengthening our community, the event brings hundreds of community members together for entertainment and run/walks designed for all ages. This year, the Lake Houston YMCA and The Rotary Club of the Lake Houston Area have joined together to make it a fun and impactful event!
