This event isnt just a runits a MOVEMENT to shine a light on mental wellness, suicide prevention, and community support. Together, were fostering hope, awareness, and resiliency while making meaningful connections.

STRETCH ZONE will be on-site offering a pre-run stretch area to help participants warm up.

Athletic Trainers from CHRISTUS will provide free medical care at their event tent.
