Light the Way 5K: Walk On Rock On For Mental Wellness benefiting The Evie Effect

Welcome to the Light the Way 5K: Walk On Rock On for Mental Wellness, proudly presented by The Evie Effect and True Vine Brewing Company. This event is dedicated to promoting mental wellness, community support, and hope. Join us for an evening of fun and connection as we come together to illuminate our individual and collective paths toward well-being. This event is more than just a run; its an opportunity to support each other and raise awareness for mental wellness.



After the 5K, enjoy our exciting after-run concert and speaker sessions. The concert will feature live music performances, with inspiring speakers sharing messages of hope and resilience between sets. Each registration includes a drink coupon, redeemable during the after-run activities for a beer or non-alcoholic drink. True Vine Brewing Company will debut a special Be the Light Brew created just for this event!



Delicious eats will be available from local food vendors, so come hungry and ready to explore sponsor booths to learn more about organizations dedicated to supporting our community.



First 250 5K finishers will receive a finisher medal, and all Kids Dash participants will receive a medal. You can order your registration with or without a t-shirt, but please note that the cutoff to register with a t-shirt is March 10th.



The Evie Effects mission is to change the publics perception of mental wellness and suicide by fostering a community of advocacy, awareness, and education. Our vision is a community where mental well-being flourishes and suicide prevention is a priority.

4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Check-In and Day-of Packet Pickup
5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Kids 1K (ages 12 and under)
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: 5K (ages 13 and above)
7:00 PM - 10:00 PM: After Run Concert and Speaker Sessions
