OPEN WATER SWIM STARTS CAN BE AN ANXIETY FILLED MESS. BUT THE MORE YOU DO THEM, THE LESS IT FEELS LIKE THAT! WERE THINKING PRACTICING THE SWIM WITH YOUR FRIENDS WILL MAKE IT EASIER TO DO WITH STRANGERS ON RACE DAYS.
YOU WILL GET A COACHED AND KAYAK SUPPORTED GROUP SWIM PRACTICE! SWIM COURSE IS SET WITH BUOYS TO SIMULATE RACE EXPERIENCE. NON MEMBER REGISTRATION IS WELCOME JUST PRE-REGISTER HERE! (NOTE THERE IS AN ENTRY FEE TO ENTER STATE PARK)
