Join us for the uplifting Mom Day 5K, 10K + Kiddo Dash on Sunday, May 11th, 2025, at the Westerville Sports Complex in Westerville, Delaware! This special event celebrates motherhood while supporting maternal mental health, making it a perfect way to honor Mother's Day. Participants of all ages and backgrounds are invited to run, walk, or jog through either the 5K or 10K course, or let the little ones enjoy the Kiddo Dash.
This year marks the 2nd Annual gathering aimed at raising awareness and funds for the vital work of POEM Ohio, which provides essential support and resources for moms facing pregnancy challenges and postpartum struggles. After crossing the finish line, stick around for the vibrant Celebration of Motherhood Village, featuring local businesses, food, and community connections. Let's come together to promote understanding and empowerment among mothers, one stride at a time!

Please join us in supporting maternal mental health on Sunday, May 11th, 2025 (Mothers Day!) at the Westerville Sports Complex in Westerville, Ohio, for our 2nd Annual Mom Day 5k, 10k + Kiddo Dash! A gathering for all mom kind and those affected by pregnancy struggles (miscarriages, stillbirths, hyperemesis gravidarum, infertility, and beyond) as well as postpartum struggles (anxiety, depression, isolation, and beyond). Family members, caregivers, fur moms, and all humankind will be welcomed! Proceeds raised will be donated to POEM Ohio [https://mhaohio.org/get-help/maternal-mental-health/] (Perinatal Outreach and Encouragement for Moms), which offers support, resources, referrals, and a sense of community to help moms and birthing persons in Ohio feel heard, understood, and empowered. You dont have to be a mom to join us, either. We welcome all runners, walkers, joggers, and community members to come out and enjoy a special morning together.

More than 30% of new moms & birthing persons experience them, according to POEM [https://mhaohio.org/get-help/maternal-mental-health/]. We get to change this, one stride at a time. It's worth every mile!
