Get ready for an exciting day of fun and fitness at the 4th Annual Nomad Left Behind 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk! Join us on Saturday, May 2, 2026, in the beautiful Mountain Top, Luzerne for a day filled with friendly competition and community spirit. The 5K race kicks off at 9:00 AM with chip timing, while the 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk is perfect for all ages and skill levels.
Experience a scenic course starting from the St. Jude School parking lot, where both races will meander along Church Rd. Participants can register in advance to secure their spot and a complimentary t-shirt, as same-day registration is available for a slightly higher fee. Plus, we’ll have exciting awards for the top finishers in various age categories, ensuring everyone has a chance to shine! Families are encouraged to bring their kids, as we will have a Kids Fun Zone featuring an inflatable obstacle course, face painting, and more! REGISTRATION:
* Please pre-register for all events - See registration details.
* Same day registration will be available but will increase to $40 (5K) and $35 (1 Mile Fun Run/Walk)
* **There is a cutoff date for t-shirts. T-shirts will not be available for same day registration
START:
* 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run start is 9:00am
* 5K will be chip timed
RACE DAY:
* Packet pickup TBD Thursday and Friday before the event
* Same day registration will begin 8:00AM
* Event is rain or shine
COURSE:
* The 5K leaves out of St. Jude School parking lot, goes left on to Church Rd for 1.5 miles and returns to the school.
* The 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk leaves out of St. Jude School parking lot, goes left on to Church Rd for .5 miles and returns to the school.
AWARDS:
Awards will be given to the top male and top female overall, as well as the top male and female in each age group.

KIDS FUN ZONE:
