Of course, this list could go on - do you enjoy competition, camaraderie, fun, food, and jolly time? If you answered YES to ANY of these questions, this is the race for you!

The long 'running', Jingle Jog race since the 80s [http://www.orangerunnersclub.org/images/JingleJog/jj82clip.jpg], started off simply as a holiday season fun run. Through the years it became more popular and also competitive as it also became the final race of the Orange Runners Club Grand Prix race series and the club's running calendar year.

The Jingle Jog has been held in several different locations around the area with various distances and courses. What they all have in common is the holiday flavor with seasonal costumes welcomed and a warm post-race environment with food and drink.

In addition, as a timed race and part of the Grand Prix's so it is now also an opportunity to pick up points - and being a club event that goes double! And also, to work on keeping in shape as the shorter days change our running habits.

The best reasons to come out and participate is to simply enjoy the holiday season with our running community and friends as the year closes out.

There is also an opportunity to share by bringing an unwrapped gift to be given locally.

This year, all proceeds and donations will go go back to the Orange County Community by way of the ORC Scholarship and Shoe Program Funds!
