With a proven track record of hosting accessible and free events in the UK, RunThrough is committed to inspiring and empowering as many people as possible to experience the incredible physical, mental, and social health benefits of running. By removing the barriers to entry, were making it easier than ever for anyone to join the movement and be part of a nationwide push toward a healthier, more active America.
