Since its inception in 2021, Reagan's Run has successfully raised nearly $100,000 for epilepsy research, benefitting organizations like Rea of Hope and CURE Epilepsy. The 5th Annual Reagan's Run, a 5K, 1 Mile Walk, and Kids Dash, will take place on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at Wilson Farm Park.
Hosted by The Rea of Hope for a Cure Foundation [https://www.reaofhopeforacurefoundation.com], inspired by 14-year-old Reagan Monast, the foundation is on a mission to support and connect those affected by epilepsy in Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties, as well as the 3.4 million people living with Epilepsy.
This 5K, 1-mile walk, and kids' dash aims to raise awareness and funds for epilepsy research. Proceeds will go to Rea of Hope AND CURE Epilepsy (Citizens United for Research in Epilepsy), whose mission is to find a cure for epilepsy by promoting and funding patient-focused research. Reagan's Run has raised nearly $100,000 since it began in 2021, which has gone directly to epilepsy research.
