Join thousands of animal lovers for the 23rd Annual Dog Jog, 5K and Block Party, presented by Holiday Barn Pet Resorts and benefiting the Richmond SPCA! Participate in person or select the "run anywhere" option.
On Saturday, March 22, expect a day packed with fun activities for the whole family. The day begins with a chip-timed 5K (3.1 mile) for people only and then a leisurely 1-mile Dog Jog. The event is rain or shine, however our Block Party will have a rain date of Sunday, March 23. All net proceeds aid in our efforts to rescue and rehabilitate homeless animals and to deliver crucial programs to pets and the people who love them.

All dogs must wear ID tags, be on a leash at all times (no flexi/retractable leashes permitted), socialize well with other dogs, be current on rabies vaccinations, be at least six months of age and not be in heat. Please be kind to your canine companion and maintain a leisurely pace. Register by March 1 to save $10 on your registration fee! Starting on March 1, prices will increase to $40. CLOSEDPaint a portrait of your furry friend and support our pets at the same time! $15 from every ticket sold will be donated to the Richmond SPCA. No artistic talent is required as the staff at Crush It On Canvas will guide you step-by-step! Online registrations are required, and seating is limited. Ticket purchase includes an 11x14 canvas portrait of your pet. Each registration includes one drink ticket to be enjoyed during the class (wine, beer, cocktail or soda), with $15 from each ticket sold donated to the Richmond SPCA. Additional drinks can be purchased during the class. Class will be held inside Smokys Training Center in Classroom B. Due to the complexity of this event, we have a limit of ONE pet per painter. All ages are welcome. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
