Get ready for a fantastic Thanksgiving tradition at the eighth annual Round Rock Turkey Trot 2024! On Thursday, November 28th, join fellow runners and walkers in the scenic and historic Old Settlers Park, located in Round Rock, Williamson. This year's event features an untimed 3.2-mile run/walk that promises fun for the whole family, including strollers and leashed pets.
Due to construction, the race will follow a new off-road route, so plan accordingly for a memorable experience. Make sure to arrive early, as parking will be available at the tennis courts and baseball fields, with the entrance closing from 8:00 to 8:35 AM. Don’t forget to bring non-perishable food donations for the Round Rock Serving Center and toys for Operation Blue Santa! With a cap of 2,000 participants, everyone will receive a turkey medal at the finish line. So, lace up your running shoes and join us for this joyful celebration of community and giving back!

DUE TO UNEXPECTED CONSTRUCTION EXPANSION, WE HAVE CHANGED THE ROUTE AND PARKING. THE RACE HAS MOVED TO THE NORTH WEST LOT OF THE PARK BY THE TENNIS COURTS (4209 OLD SETTLERS BLVD). MUST ENTER VIA OLD SETTLERS BLVD, TURN SOUTH ON HARRELL PARKWAY. PARKING WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE TENNIS COURTS AND THE BASEBALL FIELDS ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE COURTS. THIS WILL BE THE ONLY ENTRANCE AND EXIT FOR THE RACE, WITH THIS BEING THE ONLY ENTRANCE/EXIT, IT WILL BE CLOSED FROM 8:00-8:35 AM OR UNTIL THE LAST RUNNERS PASS THE 1-MILE MARK. THERE IS A HARD START OF 8:00 AM FOR THE RUN, PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 7:45 AM. THE NEW ROUTE IS POSTED IN THE PHOTOS SECTION.
It's that time of year again, we are excited to announce the eighth annual Fleet Feet Round Rock Turkey Trot with the help of the City of Round Rock and the Parks and Recreation Department. Challenge your family, friends, and co-workers to come out and run on the roads through the scenic and historic Old Settlers Park.
**Due to construction in Old Settlers Park, this will be an UNTIMED 3.2-mile run/walk. With the construction, the NEW route will take us off-road, onto a gravel road, which might be rough for strollers. Please plan accordingly. We will take the necessary precautions to help keep everyone safe while on the course.**
THE ROUND ROCK SERVING CENTER WILL BE THERE TAKING ANY NON-PERISHABLE FOOD DONATIONS!
OPERATION BLUE SANTA WILL HAVE A BARREL AVAILABLE TO FILL WITH CHILDREN'S TOYS!
This is a family-friendly race. Strollers and leashed pets are welcome. BIKES/SCOOTERS ARE NOT ALLOWED
So put your turkey in the oven and join us for a fun Thanksgiving morning, on November 28th.
Proceeds will be shared between The Round Rock Serving Center, Operation Blue Santa, and the Play for All Abilities Park.
BIB PICK UP: NOVEMBER 26TH AND NOVEMBER 27TH FROM 12 PM-6:30 PM. THERE WILL BE NO PACKET PICK-UP ON RACE DAY.
FAMILY MEMBERS/FRIENDS CAN PICK UP YOUR BIBS DURING PPU HOURS.
