Organiser's Description
Is your child interested in middle school cross country or looking to build on their running experience? Led by Sherando High School's Head Cross Country Coach Megan Roberts, this camp is designed for young runners who can comfortably run at least one continuous mile and want to improve their endurance, technique, and confidence. Each session includes dynamic warm-ups, running drills, stretching, and a variety of workouts to help develop strength and stamina. From scenic trail runs to engaging team activities, campers will build skills, make friends, and gain a deeper love for the sport in a supportive, fun environment!
