Run Wild for the Zoo 5K & Fun Run

Lace up your running shoes and hit the pavement—while helping to save wildlife along the way!Join hundreds of runners and walkers as they lace up their running shoes for the 2023 Run Wild for the Zoo 5K and one-mile Fun Run/Walk at Philadelphia Zoo!The 2023 Run Wild for the Zoo 5K and one-mile Fun Run/Walk will be held on Sunday, May 7 at 8 a.m. on the Zoo’s unique 42-acre campus in West Philadelphia. This event provides a fun and healthy opportunity for hundreds of local supporters to rally behind Philadelphia Zoo. Race proceeds will support the more than 1,900 animals in our care, many of which are rare and endangered, by providing funds for nutrition, habitat enhancements, medical care, enrichment activities, and more.
